I obtained my PhD from Jiangnan University, where I conducted research on the intergenerational genetic mechanisms by which maternal nutrition impacts the metabolic homeostasis of offspring. My research also explored the beneficial effects of exercise on skeletal muscles through lactate. During my studies, I recognized that the nervous system's response to external environmental stimuli plays an indispensable role in the metabolic changes. In 2025, I joined the Xu Lab to further investigate the role of the nervous system in energy metabolism and behavioral changes. Outside the laboratory, I possess a keen appetite and enjoy sampling various regional cuisines.
