Urvi Jain

I am a senior Biomedical Engineering student with a minor in Physics, with strong interests in ophthalmic imaging and diagnostic technologies. I currently work in the research lab of Dr. Yuqiang Bai, where I contribute to projects focused on advanced ocular imaging, tear film analysis, and noninvasive diagnostic methods for Dry eye disease. Through this experience, I have developed a deep appreciation for the role of physics-based instrumentation in improving clinical decision-making and patient outcomes. I am currently applying to Doctoral programs in Medical Physics with a focus on diagnostic imaging, aiming to advance imaging technologies that improve accessibility and precision in care.
