Dr. Jhun was invited to present at the 8th Asian Cardiovascular Symposium (BCVS Pre-Meeting) - Korean International Cardiovascular Society (KICS) Session, held at the Sheraton Boston on July 12, 2026.
In this invited lecture, she presented our latest findings, demonstrating the pathological role of mitochondrial PKD in right ventricular fibrosis and discussed its potential as a promising therapeutic target for pulmonary arterial hypertension. Congratulations to Dr. Jhun on this well-deserved recognition, and we look forward to continuing our efforts to advance the understanding of mitochondrial signaling in cardiovascular disease.
