Swamynathan Lab Receives New Funding!

The Swamynathan Lab received a new RO1 grant (RO1 EY039321) to support their work on the corneal functions of apicobasal polarity determinant Pard3. This 4 year, 2.4 million dollar grant will support their investigation on how Pard3-driven apicobasal polarity controls the corneal epithelial stratification, sensory innervation, and genetic stability. We are grateful to the National Eye Institute, NIH for their continued support of our work.
