Alana Alexander is an applied medical anthropologist whose work focuses on trauma-informed interventions, community resilience, and the empowerment of populations. Drawing on neuroscience, sociology, and public health, she examines and addresses the root causes of health issues and disease across communities. Her research centers on the application of anthropology and creativity to address complex social issues intersecting with medical and social systems.
