Bio:
I currently am working on a project exploring how metabolic syndrome impacts lymphatic vessels. I perform isolation of nuclei for single nucleus RNA-Seq from human organ donor tissue, comparing individuals with diabetes and obesity versus healthy controls. I also run qPCR follow-up studies and perform tissue preparation for microscopy. I am also learning how to analyze large datasets generated by our transcriptomic studies.
