Miguel Garcia

I am a 3rd year Biomedical Engineering student pursuing minors in Biomedical Physics and German. I am also the president of the Engineering Biology Club at USF, an organization that aids students in honing their skills and finding research opportunities. I have been involved with research ranging from Alzheimer’s, STEM Cells in Diabetes, as well as Myography studies here in Dr. Breslin’s lab. I hope to complete a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering and then pursue a Master of Science in Biomedical Engineering here at USF. Ultimately, I want to earn a PhD in Biomedical Engineering and concentrate in Cell and Molecular Engineering before taking the big step into the R&D industry or academia.
