As a sophomore Biomedical Engineering student with a deep passion for research, I am driven by the pursuit of knowledge and its application to solve real-world problems. My current research experience in Dr. Breslin's lab has ignited my interest in the intricate relationship between lifestyle choices and physiological outcomes. I am particularly fascinated by the project investigating differential protein expression in mesenteric arteries of individuals with varying alcohol consumption levels. This research promises to shed light on the molecular mechanisms underlying the impact of alcohol on cardiovascular health and differential protein expression.
