About Us
The Healthy Minds Lab, located within the University of South Florida's Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Neurosciences, is the brainchild of Dr. Robert M. Bossarte. Our mission is to research, design, and evaluate cutting-edge, technology-driven behavioral health interventions and resources. We focus on a diverse range of populations, including individuals with depression, at-risk youth in the criminal justice system, trauma-exposed youth, and veterans dealing with insomnia and depression. We strive to create scalable, informed care solutions and protocols that not only enhance mental well-being but also promote peer support and strengthen community partnerships, ultimately benefiting underserved families and communities.
