Amishi Kalia

I'm a pre-med biomedical sciences student planning to go into pediatrics, with a growing interest in child mental health and possibly child psychiatry. Through shadowing and volunteering with Reach Out and Read at USF Pediatrics, I've seen how much kids' emotional and developmental needs matter alongside their medical care. I want a career where I'm supporting kids and their families as a whole and I think early intervention care are a big part of that.
