Linnea Prudell

I have recently joined Dr. Song’s lab as a research technician. I obtained my bachelor’s degree in Biology from The Pennsylvania State University in December 2023. During my undergraduate studies, I engaged in research that focused on investigating the ecology and transmission biology of the lizard malaria parasite. This experience ultimately fueled my excitement for research. Now, as a member of the Song lab, I am enthusiastic about advancing my skills and deepening my knowledge of cardiovascular disease and heart development. With thoughts of the future, I consider continuing my education through the pursuit of a doctorate degree. Having recently relocated to Florida from Pennsylvania, I enjoy the opportunity to explore new places in Tampa. Outside the lab, you can find me at the beach, playing volleyball, in the gym, or cooking in the kitchen.
