We are hiring!

We are always looking for talented individuals with a solid background in neuroscience to join our team. We currently have openings for a Research Associate (Faculty level) and a Postdoctoral Fellow. Please note that candidates for the postdoctoral fellow position must have graduated within six months or be nearing graduation (preferred).

If you are interested in joining our group, please send a cover letter describing your research interests and accomplishments, and explaining how your background and expertise will advance our understanding of the pathophysiology of α-synuclein. Interested individuals should also send a CV that includes the contact information of 3 references and a proposed start date to synucleininterestgroup@gmail.com.

We also have an opening for a graduate student. Graduate students who are interested in rotating in our group are encouraged to contact the principal investigator directly. Please remember that the student must have been accepted into the graduate program.

Master's thesis project opportunities are available. The prospective student(s) will employ a combination of biochemical, cell biological, molecular biology, and microscopy techniques to advance our understanding of neurotransmission and neurodegeneration. Please note that a minimum commitment of 5 months (40 hours/week) is required.

We do not have any openings for undergraduate students at the moment, but we hope to welcome them in early 2027.
