Abigail Hobaica

I am a fourth year undergraduate student at the University of South Florida majoring in Behavioral Healthcare on the pre-medicine track. My academic interests center on neuroscience, psychiatry, and the study of behavior—particularly how biological and environmental factors shape mental health. I was lucky enough to join the lab in the winter of 2024, where I’ve developed a deeper interest in the neurobiological mechanisms behind addiction and mental illness. Outside the lab, I enjoy spending my time cooking new recipes, fashion, and staying active with friends!
