  • Investigates spine-related research, with a focus on the therapeutic effects of non-surgical spinal decompression (NSSD). Her research experience also includes examining how cognitive appraisal processes mediate the relationship between acute post-injury pain and 90-day disability, as well as using EEG to study targeted memory reactivation (TMR) during sleep to enhance cognitive and motor performance.
  • Her career interests are in healthcare and translational neuroscience, with a focus on integrating scientific research and clinical approaches to better understand how the nervous system influences real-world behavior. She plans to attend medical school.
  • Outside of research, she enjoys baking and spending time with her family, as well as participating in outdoor activities such as running.
